The place is also a great departure point for scouting around the archaeological Roman/Greek sites and characteristic villages on the hills around: rich of history, culture, and traditions such as the old art of earthenware making.

The residence is composed of 5 one roomed flats, 3 two roomed flats and 1 three roomed flat. It is about 700 metres far from the free and privately managed beaches and within a 100 metres distance there are the most useful amenities: Market shops, Pharmacy, Bar, Gelaterias, Restaurant, Pizzerias, Post office etc. All apartments are recently refurbished in modern style, furnished in every detail and fully equipped for cooking and cleaning.
